Art-o-mat

If it hasn't already, Art-o-mat® will soon become a household name. Clark Whittington, founder of Art-o-mat®, began converting retired cigarette machines into Art-o-mat® art vending machines in 1997. Presently, there are 82 active machines across the country and abroad involving over 400 artists from 10 countries. Through his organization, Artists In CellophaneTM, Whittington donates a portion of ART*O*MAT proceeds to arts-related charities.

Delicious Demon's Alex Khost runs an Art-o-mat machine in New York City. If you're interested in getting involved with Art-o-mat or have questions, please feel free to contact us. Comments are also welcome on the Message Board.
