About Us
Delicious Demon was created by wife and husband team Carla and Alexander Khost as an online effort to promote and publish the work of various artists and friends. Delicious Demon's goal is to support these artists and to contribute its small part to making the world a more interesting place to live in by broadcasting the work of emerging creativity and advocating for collaborative art. Delicious Demon dared to first go live on the web in November of 1999, just before the Y2K bug was to destroy life as we know it (or perhaps do nothing at all).
Carla Khost has worked as a web/UI designer since 1997. She graduated from Seton Hall University in New
Jersey with a degree in Communication. She has worked for corporations such as Intel, Johnson & Johnson, Dialogic,
IBM, General Motors, and Fox News. Carla has carefully and continually remastered the deliciousdemon website to fit the
demand of changing technology. You may view her online portfolio here.
Alexander Khost is a web developer, a painter, and
a teacher. He currently works for Time Inc. building various websites
for People Magazine.
He has built user interfaces and has developed sites for companies such as ZooToo,
the Caldwell Public Library,
MusicNation,
FujiFilm,
The Lenny Dykstra Report,
Ignites, and
Eric Robert Associates. He received his MFA in Design and Technology from
Parsons School of Design, a BA in Fine Arts and a BA in Art History from Rutgers University, and is certified to teach Art in
New York City and ESL internationally. You may view his online resume
